We have contracted with several external parties to help maintain the tenants’ needs and comfort and spare them from hiring others to do the job at their own expenses .These companies will provide maintaining and cleaning services and tools, such as cleaning complexes facades and external glass, spraying pesticides and elevator maintenance services, landscaping, installation and equipping residential and commercial unites with air conditioning services when needed accordingly with area and place.Equipped with professional technicians and experts in this field, we provide you with waste containers which are periodical cleaned and maintained, in addition to water supply services, and cleaning sewages and septic tanks for areas out of reach for public services. As well as providing installation, monitoring and maintenance services for all fire systems, security and safety means, prepare and plans consultation services based on the tenants or the government entities’ needs, or on our property’s requirements. Such services are provided under written contracts and specific action plans depending on the type of the service provided.

We care about all segments of the society; therefore, we offer appropriate services to people with special needs such as details which facilitate their movements in addition to having their own parking spaces, and offering them easy access from and to their workplaces.

Each property is equipped with a security guard to help tenants with their needs, and maintain their comfort, in addition to secure the building and prevent any robberies and intruders. Each guard is also responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of properties, report malfunctions and tenants’ complaints, and help solving any problems in cooperation with the team.
