We care about our properties’ aesthetic appearance as well as maintaining a safe and healthy environment; therefore, we have banned smoking within the facilities and corridors of all our commercial and housing complexes. In return, we have provided smoking areas outside the buildings, and cigarette receptacles for easy disposal of cigarette waste. We have also planted trees in exterior spaces around buildings to offer a beautiful and comfortable feeling to residents to enjoy these eco-friendly spaces.
